AT HOME with Luke Fowler & Corin Sworn
A new series of images created by Glasgow-based artist and filmmaker Luke Fowler, who recently photographed a selection of our furniture pieces in his home.
Set against the backdrop of Luke and Corin’s home and studio’s, the furniture takes on a new life — surrounded by books, artworks, and daily rituals that shape the atmosphere of a space. The photography was organic and observational, allowing the pieces to settle naturally and reveal how design becomes part of everyday experience.
Luke’s careful approach to light and composition offers an intimate perspective, highlighting the subtle details and sculptural presence of each piece. Reflecting how the furniture is not just placed, but integrated — evolving alongside the people who live with it.
We look forward to sharing more from this collaboration soon.

Luke Fowler’s practice is multimedia in its perception and outcome, with analogue filmmaking at the core. ‘Filmmaking for me is very much a social process’ he says, stressing the importance of collaboration with other artists, musicians and writers. His work investigates the social rules, conventions and disciplinary practices that underpin mainstream society, serving to marginalise a minority to living on its edges. He unflinchingly observes its viscous undercurrents to bring to the surface awkward and unresolved complexities at its crux.
